Swedish, Therapeutic or Remedial & Sports Massage 

The objectives of the Swedish, Therapeutic or Remedial & Sports massage treatment could be to improve range of movement, reduce pain, to help to restore appropriate balance to your body, reduce general anxiety or just to help you relax from day to day stresses and strains and to aid restful sleep.

You can have very gentle through to firm pressure, your massage is adapted to suit how you are on the day.

Remedial & Sports and Swedish Massage soft tissue release techniques can be combined with hands free or Myofascial Release and aims to ease out injury niggles then work with you to maintain that or to can be used help manage long term remedial conditions or focus solely on relaxation.

Choose a preblended aromatherapy oil or wax or unscented if you prefer.

Please allow ten minutes at the start of an initial appointment to complete a consultation form and discuss your massage treatment (or arrange to discuss in advance). Any subseqeuent visits will check in with how you are on the day and adjust treatment accordingly. Remedial Treatment may involve a more in depth initial consultation & history taking along with safety checks or focussed range of movement checks where appropriate.
