Energy Healing and Reiki

Energy Healing and Reiki treatments may help to stimulate the body's natural healing processes and bring calm to the mind and body. 

The session will generally involve a whole body treatment followed by a localised treatment for any specific area if it is needed. Appointments can be in person or virtual. Massage & Energy Healing can be combined into one treatment.
